We had a quake.. yes an earthquake.. yes.. in manchester. How cool is that. it measured 5.3 on the Richter Scale. And for all the commotion.. Eugene didn't feel the tremors at all, albeit he was awake at 12.58am in the morning. Sigh. But newspaper reports that sofas were moving with people on them (I imagine that to be quite bad cos Mancunians ain't the smallest ppl around :p), and water in glasses "shaking vividly". I always imagined earthquakes to be God flexing/exercising His muscles. haha.. Too bad we don't have much of that in Singapore.
On a more sombre note, thank God for keeping wenqi and myself safe and ignorant. haha. we didn't know anything until everyone was talking about it this morning.
Okay.. back to the books. Hope this post will shake my blog alive. (: Here are some pictures of the Manchester Evening newspaper.
